The work
What this covers
Seasonal snow contracts across Butler and Allegheny counties. We monitor forecasts and trigger at an agreed accumulation, so lots are clear before the working day starts rather than after the first complaint.
Sites are marked before the season so hydrants, kerbs and beds do not get taken out by a blade in the dark. Every push and every salt application is logged with timestamps — which matters if a slip claim ever lands on your desk.
- Trigger-depth plowing Agreed accumulation, cleared before opening
- Salting and de-icing Applied to lots and walkways, rates logged
- Sidewalk clearing Entrances, walkways and accessible routes by hand
- Service logs Timestamped records of every visit for liability

Walkthrough
We hand over on site, and the two-year guarantee starts.
Our guarantee
If it moves, we come back
Everything we build carries a two-year workmanship guarantee on top of whatever the material manufacturer offers. That is not a marketing line — it is why we spend the money on base depth and drainage that a cheaper quote skips.
The crew that built it is the crew that comes back. There is no warranty department to argue with.
- Two-year workmanship guarantee in writing
- Material warranties registered in your name
- The original crew handles any callback
- No charge for anything that is our workmanship
Good to know
Common questions
When do you start?
Contracts run November through March and are signed by October.
What is the trigger depth?
Usually two inches, set in the contract and adjustable by site.
Do you carry liability records?
Yes, timestamped logs of every push and every salt run.
How quickly do you clear?
Lots are open before the working day starts, with crews out overnight.
Do you do sidewalks by hand?
Yes, entrances, walkways and accessible routes.
What de-icer do you use?
Rock salt on lots, a calcium blend on walkways and near planting.
Will you damage the lot or the kerbs?
Sites are staked before the season so blades stay clear of kerbs and beds.
How is it priced?
Seasonal contracts, per-push, or a hybrid with a seasonal cap.
What about ice with no snowfall?
Freeze events are covered. We monitor forecasts, not just accumulation.
Where does the snow get stacked?
Agreed stacking areas set out before the season, kept clear of drains and entrances.
