We work in zones so you keep some of the space through the build.
Do you build fire pits to code?
Yes, with the clearances required and gas lines run by a licensed fitter.
What about my irrigation?
We cap and reroute existing lines and reinstate heads at the end.
Can you match the house materials?
Usually. Picking up the brick or stone of the house is what makes it look built-in.
Do you do outdoor kitchens?
Yes, framed and clad by us with appliances fitted by their supplier.

How do payments work?
A deposit, staged payments against milestones, and a balance on completion.
