Weekly through the growing season, tapering in autumn. Set in the contract.
Do I get the same crew?
Yes, the same crew and a named account contact.
What if something is missed?
Tell your account contact and we come back. It does not wait for the next visit.
Do you report on visits?
Every visit is logged with what was done and anything flagged.
Can you handle HOA common areas?
Yes, including reporting to a board rather than a single owner.
Do you do seasonal colour?
Yes, bedding rotations are quoted separately per display.
What notice do I need to cancel?
Thirty days. We do not lock anyone into a season they are unhappy with.
